COVID-19 UPDATE: Orders are being prepared & shipped as quickly as possible. If items are out of stock we will call you and let you know estimated wait time.

*Free Shipping – Orders that qualify for free shipping, are usually shipped Standard Ground. Free shipping applies to the continental U.S. only.

Shipping Policy – Acorn Beekeeping makes every effort to get your order out as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Freight Charges – You pay all freight costs unless otherwise stated or agreed upon. Call 877-255-6078 for a freight quote.

DAMAGED and or MISSING FREIGHT – All merchandise is shipped “F.O.B. Shipping Point”. This is a legal term that means all merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier. The freight carrier is responsible for complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise when it is delivered.

If the freight carrier fails to deliver your merchandise in good condition, it is your responsibility to contact us within 10 business days of the delivery date and provide photgraphic proof of the damage, along with the signed delivery receipt so so it is easier to file a valid claim with the carrier on your behalf.

If the order arrives incomplete it is your responsibility to contact us within 10 business days of the delivery date and provide a signed delivery receipt so so it is easier to file a valid claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Sales Information

PRICES – Acorn Beekeeping will invoice all orders on the basis of prices which are in effect at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to change catalog prices if we deem it necessary. Please feel free to confirm prices at any time. Acorn Beekeeping is not responsible for typographical errors.

SPECIAL ORDERS – A 50% deposit must accompany all special orders. Some special orders may be subject to a cancellation charge. Balance due on pickup of order or before shipment.

FORCE MAJEURE: If the performance of this agreement by Seller or Buyer is prevented or delayed by acts of civil military authority, war, flood, fire, epidemic or other acts of God, or other foreseeable causes beyond its control not due to its fault or negligence, the party affected shall be excused from such performance during the continuance of any such event to the extent that the party is prevented or delayed thereby; provided, however, that if such delay extends for thirty (30) or more days, the other party may terminate the agreement without liability. If any such delay is caused by the delay of a sub-contractor or Seller and is beyond the control and without the fault of negligence of both Seller and sub-contractor, Seller shall incur no liability for such delay unless the Good and/or Services to be furnished by such sub-contractor were obtainable from other sources in sufficient time to meet the required delivery herein.
